Intake

Technical check
On a test day, at least a week in advance, Vivango tests the internet, power, lighting and cameras on site. And with remote speakers.
Set-up
On the set-up day, the day before, Vivango sets everything up. Moderators get a short briefing.
Live support
Someone is on site during every session. An early check every morning. You have one fixed point of contact.
Follow-up and recordings
You receive the recordings. If desired, Vivango turns them into an aftermovie or short clips.
